May 2008 - Round 2

Whether you have seen a Mrs. Hobbs show or not, you ain't seen nothing yet!
THE 2008 FIRST ANNUAL ACCORDION FESTIVAL is THE MRS.HOBBS SHOW NOT TO MISS!

I will be joined by the lovely and talented Annabelle Cabrera on violin and the swinging, grooving Quentin Josephy on percussion.
I just love the music we make together, and think you will too.

In addition to the aural pleasures we hope to bestow upon you, this show will also have some special visual spectacles, including a shadow puppet show by Poli Marichal and a tango dance by Stefan Fabry & Mitra Martin.

In case you don't know where Eagle Rock is (and I'm afraid I didn't), it's near Pasadena. Now I don't want to hear excuses from my fellow Westsiders, because it's worth the trip across town to go to something as unique as an accordion festival. And if you're already on that side of town, well, come on down!

Singin' and Squeezin',
